Who we are and how to reach us
Benvenuti Global Logistics LLC (BGL) is a non-asset freight forwarder based in Scottsdale, Arizona that arranges pickup and delivery worldwide. This policy covers this website, benvenutigloballogistics.com, and the email we exchange with you about it.

What the forms collect
Two forms on this site collect information. Both are optional. You can call or email us instead and never type anything into this site.
The quote request
It asks for the details it takes to price a move and write back:
- The service you need, the pickup location and the delivery location
- Your cargo ready date and how urgent the move is
- A description of the goods, the quantity, the weight and any special handling
- Whether you need help with customs, plus any notes you add
- Your name, company, email, phone and how you prefer to be reached
Check on a shipment
It asks for a reference number and an email address, so we can look the shipment up and reply to the right person.
How a form submission reaches us
This site is a set of plain web pages with no database of its own, so a submission has to travel through the company that hosts the site.
- Through Netlify. This website is hosted by Netlify, and the forms are Netlify Forms. When you press send, Netlify receives what you typed, stores it with our account, and emails it to info@bglfreight.com. Netlify handles it on its own systems under its own terms and privacy policy, and it also runs a spam check on submissions.
- Through your own email app. If that ever fails, for example during an outage, the form opens your own email app with the details already written out and you press send yourself. In that case no form service is involved and the message travels through your email provider and ours.
As the host, Netlify also sees the ordinary request data your browser sends for any page you open here, such as your IP address, and it is the company that serves this site to you. If we switch hosts or form services, we will name the new one here and change the date at the top of this page.
The chat box
The chat box in the corner of every page is automated, and it says so in its first message. It is not a person, and it is not recording you in the background.
- Nothing leaves your browser while you are just asking questions. The answers are written text that ships with the page, so typing a question and reading a reply sends nothing to us and nothing to anyone else.
- Only pressing send shares anything. When the chat cannot answer something and you choose to leave your details, we receive your name, your email, your message, the page you were on, and the conversation above it so a person has the context. That travels the same way a form submission does, through Netlify, as described in the section above.
- The conversation is not stored on your device and is not kept on this website. Close the tab and it is gone.
- Please do not send sensitive details in chat. No bank or card numbers, no passport or government ID numbers, no signed documents. If a shipment needs them, we will send you a secure way to share them.
If we later add a live connection so a person can answer you in the same window, we will name the service that carries the messages here and change the date at the top of this page.
How we use what you send
- To reply to you, usually within 1 business day.
- To price your move and put an itemized quote in writing.
- To arrange and handle the shipment if you book, which means passing what is needed to the carriers, agents and the licensed customs broker who handle your move.
- To keep ordinary business records: quotes, bookings, invoices and the email trail behind them.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or feed ad networks. If you ask for a quote, you get a reply about your quote, not a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep a quote request as long as we need it to answer you and work on your shipment, and after that as part of normal business records, the way any company keeps its books and correspondence.
You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Email info@bglfreight.com and we will remove what we are not required to keep, and tell you if something has to stay.
What your browser loads from other companies
Before anything else on this list: the site itself is served to you by Netlify, our host, so every page you open passes through them.
Parts of this site come from companies other than us. When your browser asks one of them for a file, that company sees your IP address and the standard information any browser sends with a request, such as the page you are on, the time, and your browser and device type. We do not control what they do with it, and their own privacy policies apply.

Your name, your email and anything else you type into a form go to the form service and to us, and to nobody else on that list. The headline sources and the font and script hosts receive a request from your browser. They do not receive your form.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no pixel and no tag manager on it today, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
The home page does use two small entries in your browser's session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab:
- bgl-intro remembers that the opening animation already played, so it does not play again while you look around.
- bgl-news holds the headlines the page already fetched, so it does not ask the sources for them again.
Neither one identifies you, and neither follows you to other sites. If we ever add analytics, we will say so on this page and name the tool.
Security
What you send lives in our business email and our records, protected the way a small company protects its accounts: strong passwords, two factor sign in where it is offered, and access limited to the people who need it. We would rather be honest than impressive here. No website, no email system and no company is perfectly secure, and email is not private by default. We cannot promise that a message can never be intercepted or that our systems can never be breached. If something happens that affects information you sent us, we will tell you what we know and what we are doing about it.
Children
This site is made for businesses that ship freight. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child sent us something, email info@bglfreight.com and we will delete it.
Asking what we hold, correcting it, or having it deleted
Email info@bglfreight.com with what you want:
- A copy of what we hold about you
- A correction, if something is wrong
- Deletion of what we are not required to keep
We will confirm we got your message within 1 business day and answer it properly as soon as we can. We may ask a question or two first, to be sure you are the person the details belong to. We are a small company in Arizona and this page does not claim compliance with any particular privacy law. If a law where you live gives you a privacy right, write to us and ask. We will answer.
Changes to this policy
This policy takes effect September 18, 2026. If we connect a form service, switch to a different one, add a tool that collects something new, or turn on analytics, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Earlier versions are not kept online, so if you need the wording you saw on a certain day, ask us and we will send it.
